Duties & Responsibilities
- Cookordinate and support Unified Data and Technology System project.
- Implement project plans, monitor progress, track milestones, and recommend changes to improve team effectiveness and project outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, Institutional Research, Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, academic units, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adoption.
- Gather requirements from Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, Academic Divisions, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions support institutional Student Success strategies.
- Participate in the development and refinement of data policies, project objectives, and long-range planning for Student Success technologies.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for improved student engagement, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiencies through technology.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and change impacts to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data from advising tools and analytics dashboards to measure project effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Generate project documentation and reports to support decision-making and demonstrate impact on Student Success outcomes.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned in support of institutional Student Success objectives.
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge of student success technologies;
- Strong project management skills and understanding of PM principles and tools.
Physical Requirements
- Requires frequent standing, sitting, walking and continuous movement within the College and off-site locations.
- Requires frequent pushing and pulling of up to 10 lbs.
- Continuous handling of paper and paper materials required.
Schedule Details
- Must be available to work 40 hrs. per week with normal work hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field required.
- At least 2 years of experience directly related to project management or technology implementation within education, Student Affairs, academic advising, or related functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field required;
- 3-5 years of experience directly related to project management or technology implementation within education, Student Affairs, academic advising, or related functions.
