DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Specialist to lead complex technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects
• Managing cross-functional teams
• Driving governance, risk management, and reporting
• Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication
• Overseeing project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Promoting agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies

Minimum Education Required: High School/GED

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Proven experience in IT delivery, program, or project management within a complex environment; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; experience delivering technology solutions using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure; relevant certifications preferred.
