As an IT Communications Manager at RadNet, you will align stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes in a team-focused environment with dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies supporting IT initiatives, projects, and organizational changes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging for employees and stakeholders.
- Partner with IT leadership and Corporate Communications leaders to craft communications for system implementations, outages, upgrades, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Ensure all IT communications align with company branding, tone, and messaging standards.
- Create and manage content across multiple channels (email, intranet, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and training materials).
- Design and produce digital collateral including presentations, infographics, job aids, and user guides to support IT initiatives.
- Support change management efforts through effective communication planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing teams to maintain consistency with enterprise messaging.
- Develop communication plans for major IT initiatives, including timelines, stakeholder mapping, and delivery strategies.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of communications and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed for communication deliverables.
- Support executive-level communications as needed for IT leadership.
- Develop executive-read presentations and visual storytelling materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of experience in communications, preferably supporting IT, technology, or healthcare environments.
- Proven ability to simplify and communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Experience creating digital content and collateral (presentations, infographics, newsletters, and internal campaigns).
- Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools).
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (healthcare preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay
$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
