About the role

Under general direction assists Infrastructure Specialist (IS) at assigned Developmental Centers and/or offices. Images computing devices, salvages hardware, and performs general IT work. Assists with troubleshooting networking issues. Takes directions from IS staff pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assists with DC requests through ServiceNow tickets. Attends meetings & takes notes when needed. Performs other duties as assigned within scope of internship.

Required Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university

Compensation

• $20.00 for undergrad, $24.00 for graduate students

Schedule

• Part-time
• Variable Hours Between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
