The Impact You Will Have In This Role The Associate Director, IT Business Management will lead the development and execution of strategic messaging that supports the CIO and broader IT leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping internal narratives, aligning communications with IT strategic pillars, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across multiple channels and audiences. This role will also be responsible for driving operational excellence through leadership forums, cross-functional alignment, and IT Town Hall initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring communications and business operations are seamlessly integrated to advance IT’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and refine IT Executive-level communications, including board updates, strategic updates and talking points.
• Translate complex IT initiatives into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ensure all messaging aligns with IT strategic pillars and corporate objectives.
• Manage and facilitate recurring IT Town Halls.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating with IT BMO, Business Managers, Corporate Communications, and other business units.
