IT Business Analyst

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s of Science or Arts Degree
• 3+ years’ experience working with systems
• 3+ years’ experience with SDLC, system development methodologies, requirements gathering, and business process mapping
• Previous Business Analysis experience
• Ability to translate business needs into system specifications
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and processes (Epic, Feature, Story creation)
• Experience working with project teams from initiation to closure
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucid for process mapping
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to work in-office in PA 3 days per week

Nice to Have Skills

• PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification (in good standing)
• Agile Practice Certification (CSP, AAC)
• Building or Construction industry experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 3 years of relevant business analysis experience within enterprise environments

Other Requirements

• Must have JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
• Ability to work during standard business hours (8:30am-5:00pm) in your time zone if remote
• Willingness to travel or work on-site as necessary depending on project needs
