Key Responsibilities

  • Aid with implementations, migrations, and project tasks.
  • Act as the internal escalation point for O365 support and other internal applications.
  • Support initiatives such as SharePoint deployments, intranet development, Starlink, office buildouts, and vendor integrations.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to our Managed Service Provider (MSP), Atlas Technica.
  • Provide support and training for internal tools like SharePoint, MobileTools, Excel Add-in, AI tools, POMO/Databases, and Cloud9.
  • Manage access for offshore development staff at Acuity.
  • Coordinate and execute Disaster Recovery (DR)/Business Continuity Plan (BCP) tests with employees and vendors.
  • Ensure that disaster recovery policies and runbooks are tested and enforced.
  • Create and maintain both employee-facing and internal documentation for IT infrastructure and initiatives, regularly.
  • Remediate cyber security vulnerabilities identified by vendors.
  • Support vendor due diligence and implement security controls as directed.
  • Oversee onboarding from a technology perspective and coordinate across departments.
  • Coordinate off-hours support for planned upgrades.
  • Manage licenses and certificates, including Bloomberg DLWS.
  • Oversee access governance for various platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Flextrade, Cloud9).
  • Handle AWS/S3 cross-account access and secure data workflows.
  • Support office buildouts and facilities tech coordination.
  • Support governance for AI and enterprise platforms (e.g., Copilot).

Key Competencies

  • Essential Skills:
    • 3–5+ years in IT operations, service desk escalation, or systems administration.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD).
    • Proficiency in SharePoint/OneDrive administration.
    • Experience managing vendor support tickets.
    • Comfortable executing change plans and supporting off-hours maintenance.
    • Basic scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred).
    • Strong documentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    • Good communication (verbal and written).
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in capital markets or trading environments (Flextrade, Cloud9).
    • Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
    • Hands-on experience with AWS.
    • Understanding of AWS S3 policies and cross-account access.
    • Programming knowledge: R, SQL, Python.
    • Experience with DR/BCP planning and execution.
    • ITSM/ticketing practices (ITIL Foundation or equivalent).
    • Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, CompTIA Security+.
