IT-Assoc Tech Support Analyst (MDT, SCCM)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Install required software and ensure systems meet organizational standards.
• Deploy hardware to end users, including setup and basic orientation.
• Maintain accurate records of deployed equipment, including asset tags and serial numbers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues during deployment.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Aid in inventory tracking and hardware lifecycle documentation.
• Provide feedback on deployment processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
