Responsibilities
- Provide Point-of-Sale support for the venue.
- Deploy and tear down POS terminals, update sales as needed, and administer and support Company’s PCs, printers, and related equipment.
- Perform end user support, PC maintenance, POS maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
- Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
- Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during events.
- Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
- Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakages.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to adapt to environment changes immediately.
- Able to be on feet and walk long distances.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
