Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Aid with Windows installation, imaging, and deployment
- Set up and configure new computers and user accounts
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Active Directory user management and password resets
- Aid with inventory tracking of IT equipment and software licenses
- Maintain and organize IT documentation
- Aid with network cabling and workstation setup
- Monitor and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move computer equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of IT support experience
- 1+ year experience with Active Directory
- 1+ year experience with imaging tools (WDS, MOT, PDQ Deploy, or similar)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, CNS, and VPN
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
