Coordinate and support all phases of the technology asset lifecycle—acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal—while maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Focus on procedural accuracy, quality assurance, service level fulfillment, and excellent stakeholder support through effective asset management, deployment coordination, inventory control, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the technology asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technology purchase support, responding to order status inquiries and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, delivery scheduling, and technology retrieval.
  • Coordinate the deployment of technology devices to district locations, including scheduling deliveries.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and best practice workshops during device deployment.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, including staging and labeling storage areas to improve efficiency and accessibility.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service by addressing stakeholder concerns and inquiries.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity throughout deployment and asset management processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including incoming technology orders, asset receipts, vendor partial orders, and inventory updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order, warranty, and delivery issues with colleagues, vendors, and carriers.
  • Assist with physical inventory activities and technology audits by providing current inventory data and inventory reporting.
  • Manage stock inventory to ensure technology is available for deployment.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge articles and frequently asked questions.
  • Follow warehouse safety guidelines and ensure technology assets are securely organized and stored.
  • Collaborate with other teams to coordinate projects, support special initiatives, and resolve asset management incidents.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, empathy, and excellent customer service in all stakeholder interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in asset management and IT deployment, preferably in an educational or large enterprise environment.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of desktop/computer support experience, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment.
  • Experience with Apple, HP, Lenovo, and Dell products preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITAM tools and database management.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and produce accurate reports and metrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to successfully complete the required criminal background check through LiveScan.
