About the role

This senior contributor develops Android and/or iOS applications using Agile methodologies, focusing on creating engaging, user-friendly client features while ensuring mobile security standards. The role involves collaborating with product management and UX teams to enhance user experience and contributing to the overall architecture of mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments and support business projects by applying subject matter expertise.
• Develop work plans aligned with business priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policies, coordinate resources, and collaborate cross-functionally for effective decision-making.
• Address complex problems, escalate high-priority issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of software development experience, including three years in mobile application development.
• Minimum one year in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• Experience with solution development life cycles (SDLC).
