Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems for clients.
  • Work with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services delivery.
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for large complex testing projects.
  • Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Share knowledge and develop engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice.
  • Develop client relationships across multiple levels.
  • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with 5 years of work experience.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, with 4 years of work experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a combination of the following technical competencies: Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation using tools such as JUnit, Selenium, and/or REST Assured, Automation Framework or Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing, Data or ETL Testing, IT Life Cycle Management, IT Delivery Management.
  • Experience working in one of the following industries: Financial Services, Automotive and Transportation, Consumer Products and Retail, Diversified Industrial Products, Government and Public Sector, Health, Life Sciences, Mining and Metals, Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities, Private Equity, Professional Firms and Services, Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction, Technology, Media and Entertainment, or Telecommunications.
  • One of the following certifications: ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP, SAP, MCSA, or CCNA.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading a team of 4+ employees and managing performance reviews.
  • Domestic travel up to 50% to meet client needs.

Benefits

The position offers full-time employment, Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Compensation includes a base salary of $120,050.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, pension, and 401(k) plans, and flexible vacation policies.
