About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst with outstanding customer service skills to support IT administration and end users across our Sunset Studios portfolio of studio locations. This is a high-touch role: the productions on our sound stages and in our creative offices depend on us for both infrastructure and white-glove support across Windows and Mac endpoints, Office 365, servers, networking, telephony, and mobile devices.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level IT support and build positive relationships with Sunset Studios tenants across all levels, productions, and departments.
- Respond to and resolve IT requests promptly, including network access rights and password resets.
- Provide AV equipment and technical assistance for conference calls, Zoom meetings, and presentations.
- Support the delivery of Wi-Fi, wired network, and telephone services to tenants and production clients across our facilities, including provisioning, activation, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac computers, servers, network devices, Teams phones, printers and copiers, and mobile devices.
- Administer Azure AD / Office 365 accounts and security groups, and support the Office 365 suite.
- Manage endpoint and mobile device lifecycle — workstation and peripheral setup, mobile device provisioning and support, and hardware/software inventory from procurement through disposition, including vendor-coordinated disposal of retired equipment.
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adherence to IT security policies.
- Work with vendor partners to keep our systems up-to-date and operating efficiently, including physical security systems such as access control and camera/CCTV platforms.
- Provide virtual and on-site support alongside the Sunset Studios IT team, with travel or reassignment between studio lots as required.
- Other miscellaneous projects as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting local and remote Windows-based PCs in a large or mid-sized corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac endpoints, Office 365 and Azure AD administration, Teams and Zoom, BitLocker and antivirus solutions, and Dell desktop/laptop and multi-function copier hardware.
- Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow/Freshservice, Windows Desktop/Laptop deployment practices via Intune, and system patching.
- Ability to work varied hours, including early morning, late evening, or occasional weekends, to provide on-site support at any studio location.
- Self-starter who can multitask and prioritize across multiple studio locations in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences and keep teams, tenants, and productions informed throughout service delivery.
What Will Get You Noticed
- Experience with Meraki, Dell CLI, Windows Server (DHCP/IIS), Intune, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, Dropbox, Duo MFA, 2FA, Entra ID SSO, Microsoft OneDrive, and/or Proofpoint.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019 and solid experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including command-line tools and/or PowerShell.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Experience at entertainment companies.
Essential Physical Functions/Environment
- Requires a wide range of constant physical and office activities, including but not limited to walking, standing, sitting for long periods of time, bending, lifting, etc.
- Requires walking and climbing stairs throughout property, including construction sites.
- Requires movement between departments to facilitate work.
- Requires lifting and handling computer equipment, supplies and materials.
