IT Administrator II (Network)

Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin

About the role

Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and platforms to ensure optimal performance and security. Support technical projects and initiatives, including small-sized implementation projects and network optimization efforts. Monitor and tune the performance and availability of corporate LAN/WAN environments. Troubleshoot and document network issues, participate in root cause analysis, and escalate incidents as needed. Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk incidents and requests related to network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure hardware and systems.
• Strong understanding of Route, Switch, Wireless technologies, VLAN, routed interfaces, and L2/L3 configuration.
• Experience with routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Familiarity with cloud-based and software-defined networking, traffic management, and network security practices.
