Issuing Operator- Day Shift

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm; Friday overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce and inspect the quality of products for internal and external customers.
• Issue product to work orders in the material prep area and verify raw material information against work orders.
• Inspect, set up, and clean equipment.
• Clean production rooms.
• Complete necessary documentation and paperwork; reconcile and double-check all work records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school plus specific course requirements.
• Knowledge of weights and measurements, including the metric system.
• Skill in operating process equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• General computer skills and experience helpful.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to consistently follow correct issuing procedures.
• Ability to keep accurate issuing records on work orders.
• Ability to maneuver heavy weights.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to communicate well with coworkers on all shifts and to work effectively in a team environment.
