ISSO (TS/SCI)

Responsibilities

• Maintain security compliance and operational readiness of classified information systems.
• Support RMF, accreditation, and authorization activities.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, Risk Assessment Reports, SCTMs, and other security documentation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Support security inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Review hardware and software requests and perform security due diligence.
• Affiliate with system hardening, patch management, and configuration control in secure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of cybersecurity, ISSO, or information assurance experience.
• Experience supporting classified, air-gapped, or high-security environments.
• Strong understanding of STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, system hardening, and compliance requirements.
• Strong documentation and cybersecurity compliance experience.

Requirements

• DoD 8140 compliant certification (Security+, CISSP, or equivalent).
• In-scope T5/SSBI with SCI eligibility.
• Ability to obtain SCI/SAP access and complete polygraph requirements if needed.

Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site role in El Segundo, CA.
