ISSE / ISSO - multiple levels - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQ with Security Clearance

About the role

Constellation Technologies, Inc is seeking experienced Information Systems Security Engineers / Operations (ISSE/ISSO) at multiple levels. Positions require a fully cleared background with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for information systems
• Support continuous monitoring of networks to detect and correct security non-compliance, unmitigated vulnerabilities, and other risks
• Perform regular audits of information systems
• Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
• Prepare and maintain Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other security-related documentation
• Assist the information systems security manager in preparing the information system for periodic reaccreditation

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum of 15 years of experience for Level 04, 12 years for Level 03, 9 years for Level 02, and 6 years for Level 01, all within the last 5 years, with direct experience in Information Systems Security Engineering / Operations
• High School Diploma minimum
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher
• Experience as an ISSO/ISSE with emphasis on Defense-in-Depth principles, network, and enterprise security architecture
• Familiarity with STE/STN requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with several security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, encryption techniques/tools
• Experience completing security evaluations of software systems or architectures to ensure they meet security requirements
• Experience proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience performing day-to-day security operations of large, complicated information and information processing systems

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 or 3 (nice to have)
• ISSEP Certification (nice to have)
• CISSP Certification (nice to have)

Pay

$85,000 - $270,000 annually
