What You'll Do
- Install, patch, upgrade, manage, and provide customer support for CAD / CAM / PLM / PDM products
- Customize PLM / PDM workflows
- Integrate CAD / CAM / PLM / PDM software products both on-premise and in the cloud
- Configure core PLM data structures: part master, document types, EBOM/MBOM, routings, change workflows, quality records, and project templates
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data is ready for PLM migration

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Manufacturing Technology
- OR a Master's degree in engineering/science/information/manufacturing technology discipline
- Eight or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting
- Onsite presence required (some telework possible)
- Active DOE ‘Q’ or DoD ‘TS’ clearance
- Manufacturing experience with at least one of the following: CAD / CAM / PLM / PDM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and missing information
- Experience with using, installing, managing, integrating, and supporting CAD / CAM / PLC/ PDM products such as Dassault Enovia, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, and PTC Creo
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Lever, six sigma, kaizen, or other continuous improvement efforts
- Knowledgeable about PLM/PDM integrations to ERP/MRP or MES systems
- Programming languages and frameworks (Java, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, HTML5, XML, Python, etc.)
- Scripting skills to help automate manual tasks
- Oracle or other relational database management systems with experience in SQL and PL/SQL
- Web server technologies such as Apache Tomcat
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated success in a team environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum team implementing methodologies/tools (Jira, Confluence)
