ISR Tactical Controller

Duties

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments.
• Execute cross cueing and dynamic retasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting and process to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, story boards, images and video capturing.
• Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.

Requirements

• This is an onsite ISR position located in El Paso, TX.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
• Have at least an associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or additional years of work experience.
• Demonstrate 2 years of experience as a Tactical Controller.
