About the role
The Machine Technician at GAF is responsible for producing high-quality products through accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. The role involves supporting managers and all plant staff to meet operational goals and performing duties as assigned. The position requires familiarity with all areas of the process and off-line equipment associated with the production line, ensuring safety and quality.

Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role
Qualifications
- Required: General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Respond to requests professionally, communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, report accurately, and solve problems independently.
- Required: Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Troubleshoot production challenges, use Google Suite, understand standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures, and perform basic math calculations.
- Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, continuous process environment.
