Responsibilities

• Perform ISO 19443 customer audits, including travel to customers, review of their quality systems, providing feedback to customers, and writing a report identifying findings or recommending certification.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma required.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Quality Management, or US Naval Nuclear Power School) or equivalent.
• 5 years general experience (Mechanical Engineering, Design, Boiler/Plant Operations, Site Construction, Manufacturing, Fabrication, NDE, Inspection, or Quality Assurance).
• 2 years' nuclear industry experience including Quality Management and auditing Quality Management Systems.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and/or 1 year experience with 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience in nuclear pressure equipment (with desired nuclear experience in materials, site activity, inspection, testing, and engineering services).
• Sales and business management experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Working knowledge of ISO standards.
• Excellent communications skills and technical writing.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills including customer interaction in person, by phone, or email in support of audit team tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and schedule time with minimal supervision and direction.
• Customer focused.
