JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand, inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical installations in Mechanical Equipment manufactured by EAS, per applicable electrical code
- Inspect control systems in Mechanical Equipment manufactured by EAS
- Install and re-connect modular products manufactured by EAS
- Understand and follow QA-QC standards as established by EAS, the customer, and industry standards
- Read and understand fabrication and installation drawings, equipment submittals and installation directions
- Read and understand electrical and control drawings
- Perform equipment start-up
- Perform owner training of installed systems
- Work with other team members and client representatives as necessary to ensure satisfactory installation or repair
- Complete and submit required documentation, including daily reports, safety reports, timesheets, etc.
- Visit manufacturing plants for inspection as projects are nearing completion and delivery
- Absorb and assist with the manufacture of products in EAS factories when no onsite work is scheduled or needed
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent
- Commercial electrical license
- Minimum of 2 years construction, manufacturing or service experience in the electrical field

- Good understanding of product design and manufacturing processes, and practical knowledge of field construction
- Ability to solve problems quickly, efficiently and correctly
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Google email
- Able to travel to project sites across the United States and to work 40-plus hours per week
- Able to stand and work for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift
