ISC Project Mgmt Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function
• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management
• Prominent track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment
• Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
• PMP Certification preferred
• Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives
• Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function
• Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management
