IS Project Lead

About the Role

Leads small projects or portions of larger projects, providing essential support. Determines the criticality of issues, escalates when necessary, and ensures resolution. Oversees and assists with the initial setup, upgrades, configuration, and installation of hardware or software. Acts as a Team Lead and demonstrates working knowledge of process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and develops complex documentation for a large product area or works on multiple products.
• Maintains an online knowledge base and/or document library.
• Uses existing systems and modifies features for off-the-shelf systems.
• Responsible for report writing on moderately complex assignments requiring judgment.
• Provides guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff.
• Establishes positive relationships with vendors, peers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of software and integration.
• Known as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technology tools, products, and/or processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of applicable experience
