IS Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Analyzes building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.
- Creates consultative documentation for customers.
- Leads quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
- Utilizes energy conservation measures to optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
- Fulfills Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently, and within safety standards.
- Gathers and validates preliminary information and performs facility walkthroughs, construction plan reviews, or other requirements.
- Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
- Plans and schedules work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
- Travels to customer job sites as required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
Qualifications
- Strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and data analytics.
- Energy and utility knowledge is preferable.
- Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems.
- Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams.
- Works independently and on a team effectively.

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $84,740.00 - $118,860.00
