IS Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyzes building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.
• Creates consultative documentation for customers.
• Leads quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
• Utilizes energy conservation measures to optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
• Fulfills Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently, and within safety standards.
• Gathers and validates preliminary information and performs facility walkthroughs, construction plan reviews, or other requirements.
• Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
• Plans and schedules work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
• Travels to customer job sites as required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.

Qualifications

• Strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and data analytics.
• Energy and utility knowledge is preferable.
• Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems.
• Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams.
• Works independently and on a team effectively.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $84,740.00 - $118,860.00
