HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader / Foreman to join a safety-focused team. This role involves planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations for two or more crews, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies and acting safely at all times.
- Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental, and operational policies.
- Manage crews to safely and accurately complete operations.
- Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Train and develop equipment technicians (5% of role).
- Interact with customers professionally and exhibit strong communication skills.
- Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the industrial cleaning industry.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong knowledge of Hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment operation.
- Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment (preferred).
Skills
- Ability to wear protective clothing/equipment, including Nomex coveralls, back belts, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing masks, escape packs, and hard hats.
- Capability to work in extreme climate conditions (e.g., high heat index of 95+°F, 98% humidity, subzero temperatures).
- Ability to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, and highly pressurized fluids.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
