What You Will Do:
- Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IRT projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and address any project-related issues promptly.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IRT technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery.
Your Profile:
- Solid project and program management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to IRT systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
