IRST Production IPT Lead

About the role

The role involves leading integrated product teams (IPTs) responsible for the production of complex systems and equipment. This includes managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and driving innovation within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs in the development and production of advanced aerospace and defense systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production management or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defense industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
