The Program Instructor is responsible for leading safe, engaging, and high-quality classes or programs in assigned areas such as health, wellness, sports, group exercise, fitness, recreation, or other specialty programs. This role creates a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment that supports participant safety, skill development, confidence, continued participation, and connection to the YMCA community.
