Irrigation Service Technician

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all irrigation maintenance and repair tasks including: identifying water source, back flow, and meters for client irrigation; locate isolation valves; wire in and use irrigation remotes; replace and adjust irrigation heads; repair poly and PVC pipes; replace valves; program irrigation controlled
• Ensure customer irrigation systems are maintained to allow maximum efficiency and conserve water
• Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with irrigation system maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
