Irrigation Installation Manager/Supervisor

About the role

The Conserva Irrigation franchise model is expanding to Nashville, offering a unique opportunity to build a successful and rewarding career in the irrigation industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to add accounts, introduce new services, grow market share, and improve profitability for the installation business unit.
• Meet with prospective clients and generate take-offs, bids, and estimates.
• Schedule projects, hire employees, coordinate subcontractors, order materials, assign equipment, and schedule deliveries to the job site.
• Conduct weekly job site inspections and monitor crews' production rates, quality control, and safety performance.
• Communicate with clients and crew leaders to resolve any issues during installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, reporting requirements, equal employment opportunity laws, and company policies.
• Monitor changing market conditions, business opportunities, and competitors.
• Ensure and communicate that the installation business unit is kept on schedule and on budget.
• Train technicians to install irrigation systems with industry-leading quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate equipment utilization and recommend future purchases to ownership.
• Thoroughly understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Able to read and install irrigation plans.
• Review and approve all timesheets for installation crews prior to weekly payroll runs.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial and/or residential irrigation service.
• Experience leading, organizing, and managing multiple people.
• Experience managing a B2C Sales Pipeline.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Passing score on Conserva competency assessment.
• Strong understanding of the hydraulics calculations relating to irrigation systems.
• Thought leader on irrigation technology, products, and materials (IA certification preferred but not necessary).
• Able to effectively train installation technicians.
• Valid driver's license and insurable on company's insurance policy.
• Pass background check.
• Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) scheduling software.
• Proficient in both oral and written communications.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Language proficiency a plus (English / Spanish).
• Comfortable with multiple technology platforms (laptop, tablet, phone).
• Mental and physical toughness required to work outside.
• Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
• Results-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attitude, mature sense of humor with a desire for growth.

• $58k - $75k per year (Salary + Productivity Bonuses + Benefits)
