Irrigation Install Crew (Subcontract)

Responsibilities

• Cook up your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details
• Check materials delivered against take-off and inform Operations Manager of shortages to allow for the prompt delivery of missing items and uninterrupted workflow
• Establish and follow a schedule with the office
• Maintain an orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized
• Maintain positive relations with customers
• Refer all problems to the office for resolution
• Contact the office if necessary to resolve immediately
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed

Qualifications

• Have a clean and neat appearance
• Have good communication and people skills
• Be willing to learn and follow documented processes
• Be able to work specified details and quality assurance checklist independently
