About the role

Provide functional support to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative aspects of IRB support, including preparation of IRB agenda and minutes.
• Process IRB applications and maintain IRB files.
• Prepare IRB approval letters.
• Provide initial application support and pre-review activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Science and 2 years of IRB, Research, or Healthcare experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field and 1 year of Research experience

Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday in office (Clearwater, FL)
• Monday & Friday work from home
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekend work
