IR Next Program Associate - Finance

About the role

Ingersoll Rand’s IR Next Program provides recent college graduates with challenging assignments in various finance functional areas, leadership training, and exposure to the company's businesses and senior leaders. The program offers a 24-month rotation that includes assignments such as Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Budgeting and Planning, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Project Management, and Treasury.

Requirements

• Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field completed by June 2026, or 5th year Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, to be completed between December 2025 and June 2026
• Related majors include: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
• Completed or planned to complete accounting courses up to and including Intermediate Accounting (or college/university equivalent)
• Prior Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization

Qualifications

• Performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Additional Requirements

• Available to start the program Summer 2026 (late July/early August)
• Ability and willingness to relocate to any Ingersoll Rand location, up to two times, over the duration of the program
