IR (Interventional Radiology) Tech Full Time Days

About the role

This position is within the Interventional Radiology department at Manatee Memorial Hospital.

Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physician. - Assist in patient care activities, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting during procedures. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Completion of a formal training program in interventional radiology technology. - Current certification as an Interventions Radiology Technologist (CIRR) or equivalent. - Valid Florida Driver's License.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in operating interventional radiology equipment.
