Responsibilities
- Complete projects involving source code review.
- Travel onsite to review the source code produced at client locations across the US.
- Consult attorneys, litigators, and technical experts on patent/technical litigations and help them build/support the technical infringement theory in patent/technical litigation cases.
- Perform patent and software source code analysis and prepare detailed Evidence of Use reports, showing how claimed functionalities are performed by accused software product.
- Provide timely reports to project manager and clients, and ensure assigned tasks are executed within the stipulated timelines and with quality.
- Take complete ownership of communication with client about technical deliverables.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JAVA, C++, C, C#, Objective-C, Python or JavaScript is a must.
- Knowledge of web, mobile, and enterprise software products and services is preferred.
- Experience in Software Architecture, App development and debugging is a plus.
- Ability to undertake software/firmware reverse engineering is a plus.
- Capability to understand complex/cutting-edge technologies and ability to explain them accurately in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent content writing skills and solid verbal communication skills.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $77,000 per year. Select roles are additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the form of our Annual Performance Bonus Program.
