IP Physical Therapist - Therapy Branson - Full Time

About the role

The Branson Therapy Department is a smaller inpatient and outpatient team with strong staff longevity, offering the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues. Therapists work with a wide variety of patient types in a home-like environment where everyone knows each other, making it a welcoming place to grow skills and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in returning to a normal pattern of movement and functioning through therapeutic exercise.
• Care for patients from pediatric to geriatric age referred for medical and educational services.
• Plan and implement prevention, habilitation, or rehabilitation services, including mobility devices, counseling, and orientation to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Communicate care to physicians, nurse case managers, and third-party payers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (required).
• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited program of Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Active Missouri licensure for Physical Therapy (required; temporary licensure not accepted).
• No prior experience required.

• Good clinical expertise, communication, human relations, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Demonstrated interest in professional growth through continuing education and application of new principles/techniques.

Schedule
