We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes description paragraphs. We need headings for sections present: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. Let's parse.
The posting includes:
- Description: introductory paragraph about opportunity, location flexibility, primary function.
- "On a Typical Day You Will" list of duties (lead, mentor, manage team, manage caseloads, promote continuing education, ensure compliance, monitor work product, manage workflows, manage time/attendance/payroll, conduct semi-annual check-ins, employee relations support, manage recruiting/hiring/onboarding). That's responsibilities.
- "Join Us If You Have": list of requirements: 8+ years experience, leading supervisory role, BA preferred, Paralegal certification preferred, subject matter expertise in IP required, ability to supervise team of 20+, general management/leadership skills, outstanding customer service, ability to manage stressful situations, sensitivity for confidential matters, demonstrated ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word). That's requirements/qualifications/skills.
- "Who We Are": description of firm.
- "What’s in it For You?" list of benefits: competitive compensation, choice of health and vision insurance plans, 2 paid volunteer days, dental plan, fertility and adoption benefit, paid sabbatical after 13 years, tuition reimbursement, commuter benefits, retirement contribution. Also later details about Washington state etc: salary ranges, bonus, health insurance, etc. Those are benefits and pay.
- Pay: salary ranges per location.
- Schedule: not mentioned explicitly; maybe full-time implied but not specific schedule. We should not create Schedule section unless stated. There's no explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday 9-5". So omit Schedule.
- Benefits: we have benefits list.
- Qualifications: maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications. We'll have sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills, Benefits, Pay.
But we must avoid thin sections. Let's decide to have: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Benefits (list), Pay (salary ranges). Possibly Skills could be merged into Requirements. But we can keep Skills separate if there is distinct content: "Outstanding customer service skills, professional demeanor, discretion and flexibility; set high goals... Ability to manage stressful situations... High degree of sensitivity for confidential matters... Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products required specifically Excel and Word". That's skills. Could be part of Requirements. To avoid many thin sections, we can combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section that includes both experience and skills. But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and skills), Benefits, Pay. That's 5 sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can rephrase? We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. That means we should keep the details, but we can format them as lists. We must not omit any detail. However we can combine similar items but must not lose any detail. So we need to ensure each piece of info appears somewhere.
Let's extract all substantive info:
