IP Litigation Senior Associate

About the role

The Intellectual Property Litigation practice at WilmerHale is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. Positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
• Conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
• Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
• Excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Pay

The total compensation package—base salary, bonus and benefits—for all lawyers at the firm is highly competitive with that of other major law firms.
