IP Litigation (Life Sciences/ANDA): 2nd-6th year

About the role

An experienced litigator with a focus on ANDA and life sciences patent litigation, comfortable in court and in depositions, skilled in client communication and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in underlying case analyses
• Conduct factual and legal research
• Draft pleadings
• Manage discovery on infringement, validity, and damages issues, including depositions and expert discovery
• Prepare and respond to dispositive and discovery motions and claim construction briefing
• Engage in pre-trial and trial activities

Requirements

• Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related life sciences degree
• Experience in an IP department of a comparable law firm
• High academic achievement from a law school
• Excellent writing skills

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000. Final offer amount will be based on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
