IP Hourly Production Associate

The Job You Will Perform

• Safely operate machinery
• Practice housekeeping
• Read factory orders
• Set up orders, including carrying tooling to machine centers
• Utilize basic shop math
• Accurately inspect product quality and counts
• Complete quality and administrative document checks
• Be available to work overtime as needed

The Skills You Will Bring

• The ability to perform duties with or without accommodation
• The ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a team member
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• A stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude, and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team
• Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus
