A leading specialist intellectual property law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded litigation practice. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of trademark, copyright, and design disputes, advising an international client base on contentious, appellate, enforcement, and strategic IP matters. Responsibilities

• Handle trademark, copyright, and design disputes
• Advise international clients on contentious, appellate, enforcement, and strategic IP matters
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs
• Manage discovery processes

Requirements

• 2–5 years of litigation experience gained at a respected law firm
• Admitted and in good standing with the New York Bar
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Strong writing background and demonstrated interest in intellectual property law
• Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in trademark and copyright law
• Previous experience in trademark or copyright litigation preferred
• Experience before the TTAB and a federal judicial clerkship would be advantageous

Pay

$176,000 – $194,000 base salary, plus bonus
