Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical issues related to IoT applications in Level 3 production support.
- Develop and test IoT solutions for functionality, scale, and performance.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand IoT needs, develop use cases, and diagrams, and define solution requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver technology solutions in various locations.
- Participate in the onsite-offshore model to work alongside experienced associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning innovative technologies.
- Basic programming experience using C/C++, C#, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with IoT/cloud platforms (Azure, Google, AWS).
- Exposure to relational databases like SQL and MySQL.
- Ability to work on IoT-specific applications in Level 3 production support.
- Knowledge of data structures and operating system concepts.
- Experience developing algorithms.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle.
Qualifications
- Technical Role Requirements:

Pay
$65,000.00 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications.
Schedule
Start dates in July and September 2026, contingent on business need and position availability.
