About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated iOS Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver reliable and user-friendly mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit.
- Build clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
- Develop and maintain application features throughout the product lifecycle.
- Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, and memory usage.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
- Work with Git and follow established version-control practices.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS technologies, Apple frameworks, and development trends.
- Assist with App Store deployment, releases, and ongoing application maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of professional iOS development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Swift.
- Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
- Good understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, and Apple development frameworks.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and networking.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or VIPER.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of iOS UI/UX guidelines and responsive layouts.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Combine and/or Swift Concurrency (async/await).
- Experience with Core Data, Realm, or other local persistence technologies.
- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment.
- Knowledge of Apple App Store submission and release processes.
