IOS Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated iOS Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver reliable and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit.
• Build clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
• Develop and maintain application features throughout the product lifecycle.
• Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, stability, and memory usage.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Work with Git and follow established version-control practices.
• Stay updated with the latest iOS technologies, Apple frameworks, and development trends.
• Assist with App Store deployment, releases, and ongoing application maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift.
• Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
• Good understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, and Apple development frameworks.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and networking.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or VIPER.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of iOS UI/UX guidelines and responsive layouts.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Combine and/or Swift Concurrency (async/await).
• Experience with Core Data, Realm, or other local persistence technologies.
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store submission and release processes.
