We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer for a 12-month contract based in the Graybar Building, NY. Local candidates are preferred.

Minimum 18 months of professional iOS development experience.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
Expertise in Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and persistent data stores (e.g., Core Data).
Proficiency with operational queues, software design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Singleton, Grand Central Dispatch, concurrency, multithreading).
Experience with Core/Swift Data and persistent stores.
Ability to handle and parse JSON from web services/APIs.
Familiarity with tools: GitHub, Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry.IO, Cursor (or comparable crash/error monitoring), and dependency managers (Swift Package Manager, Carthage, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Own assigned application design and development tasks.
Vet technical requirements with business stakeholders.
Debug and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
Assist team members with coding and technical challenges.
Manage data, create technical documentation, and integrate APIs.
Work with UI/UX designs and wireframes.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and debugging skills.
Work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively as a team member.
Provide team leadership and mentoring.

Experience with Kotlin for Android development.
Knowledge of payment gateways, ticket validation/QR scanning SDKs, and mobile ticketing app-to-app integration.
Experience with CoreBluetooth/BLE and external accessories integration (MFi/External Accessory Framework, barcode scanners, receipt printers).
Network protocol experience.
Familiarity with cloud technologies.
Knowledge of C++, PHP, .Net, C#, JavaScript, or Oracle SQL.
