iOS Developer

Role Overview

This position supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of mobile banking applications. The role is embedded within a cross-functional Agile team and is critical in delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves technical execution, platform advocacy, and collaboration across disciplines to ensure high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own moderately complex features and bug fixes.
• Represent the mobile platform within the Agile team.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and product owners.
• Begin mentoring junior developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS.
• Resolve production issues and contribute to platform stability and performance improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Ensure adherence to platform-specific development standards and best practices.
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests; participate in peer code reviews.
• Stay current with mobile OS updates, development trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Progressive experience in mobile application development is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in iOS development with Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries is necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of mobile accessibility standards.
• Experience with performance optimization.
• Familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework.
