What You'll Do
- Protect Patients.
- Partner with Surgeons.
- Make a Difference.
Role in the Operating Room
- Meet with patients, review history, and explain neuromonitoring.
- Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data.
- Alert surgical team to early warning signs in real time.
- Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
- Interpret complex waveforms and document findings.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Details
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IONM experience.
- Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License.
- A communicator and a collaborator — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a surgical team.
