Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Work to resolve customer issues
- Handle incoming calls to resolution
- Document and forward calls needing additional support to the appropriate associate
- Manage emails, correspondence, phone calls, etc. from customers regarding invoice support issues
- Manage personal SEFL email inbox and the Invoice Support team’s email inbox
- Image all documentation into the Company’s imaging system
- Correspond with collection agencies via email
- Send documentation to customers upon request
- Interact with the Credit and Collections teams on a daily basis
- Interact with the Traffic Department and Service Centers as needed
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous data entry and customer service experience preferred
