Invoice Analysis and Auditing
Serve as an Invoice Analyst and Auditor; review invoices and deliverables for accuracy and contract compliance; assist in auditing contractor invoices as needed.
Contract Knowledge and Compliance
Maintain thorough knowledge of the pharmacy services contract and deliverables; advise Contract Manager on invoicing and service delivery issues.
Invoice Processing and Communication
Process invoices for vouchering after approval; maintain timely communication with contractors; provide technical assistance to resolve invoice issues.
Reporting and Collaboration
Prepare reports for leadership and external parties; assist management and other directors in resolving pharmacy service issues; handle special projects and team assignments.
Records Management and Work Environment
Keep invoice files updated and inspection-ready; assist with public records requests; foster a positive work environment with management and stakeholders.

Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed to fulfill chemotherapy, inpatient, and emergency prescriptions.

Preference will be given to those who have experience in inpatient oncology, hematology and dialysis prescriptions.
Preference will be given to those currently licensed as a pharmacy technician by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
